I have read other articles on the suject of the simple art of tea-making. The reason for puttiong the teabag or bags into a cup, mug or teapot, is that the boiling water flushes through the tea bag or tea bags to bring out the aroma and the strength of the tea depending on how strong one wants it. Read the directions on a box of Liptons tea. One can drink the tea, black, with a slice of lemon,or with sugar and milk, or with one or the other. I enjoy your magazine, I don´t live in the U.S. so when I pick up my mail I have 6 to 8 magazines, so I ration my reading of your mag.
