Great job, Jimmy, and congratulations on the chance to air your message to several million viewers at one time.
Now if someone could get Neil on low-carb...but that'll never happen until they come out with low-carb cannoli! (Sorry. That's inside stuff from a regular viewer.)
THANKS so much Nadine! Neil sure loves those cannolis, doesn't he? I bet we could make that low-carb for him. :) I appreciate your support!

I don't think you can get any better exposure than Neil Cavuto! I didn't get a chance to see the interview but maybe they will air that segment again later on tonight. Hope so. :>)

Oh man!!! Congratulations Jimmy! I don’t think you can get any better exposure than Neil Cavuto! I hope particularly the last one confirms what I'm thinking, that low-carb is on the rise again. It seems like so many people that I bump into, once we get to talking, are actually doing low carb. It's like we're all almost scared to get jumped on about it in daily life when first meeting someone so we don't mention it, or we call it something else, because of how the bottom fell out of the low-carb grocery foods industry a few years back.
I'm not ashamed of saying I'm on low-carb and neither should anybody else who's found great weight loss and health success with it. :)

I liked your first analogy about a spending 'freeze' being just as good for shrinking the deficit as an obese person 'freezing' their caloric intake to shrink their waistline. Great analogy.
But I think earmarks are much more analogous to dividing your caloric intake into x% fat, x% protein, x% carbs. Most people don't understand what earmarks really are, they just know that earmarks are regularly abused. Would you take a moment to read Ron Paul explaining earmarks? It really opened my eyes... http://www.ronpaul.com/2009-03-11/ron-paul-on-earmarks/
http://www.ronpaul.com/2009-03-16/more-earmarks-less-government/
Had to think on the fly, but you make sense.
