		<description>I guess we have to educate the educator, Margaret Spellings, first so she understands that &quot;healthy&quot; doesn&#039;t mean &quot;eat less fat and exercise more&quot;. The Government needs to acknowledge first that the SAD CRAP diet (Standard American Diet Cereals Refined And Processed) is indeed that: crap. But it would certainly be a good initiative and another step in the right direction!</description>

Should be easy to provide nutritious food for that price! 37 p, on the other hand, works out to just 69 cents per child.
