      The problem I have with the idea of listing micronutrients for each foodstuff is how unreliable this is.  A couple of decades ago an East London hospital did tests on various foodstuffs to determine micronutrient levels.  They discovered a loss of minerals, such as magnesium, through degradation of soils.   One interesting finding was the wide range of micronutrients in 2 of the same foodstuff from the same batch (eg 2 apples with very different vitamin levels).

      I think their tables can only be a rough guide at best, otherwise they’ll be misleading.
