In Episode 1220 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” we bring you an interview with former professional IFBB athlete, TV News & Health Reporter, and Program Director for Epigenix Foundation Victoria Adelus as our interview guest featured today. Victoria Adelus is the Program Director for Epigenix Foundation, a 501(c)(3) founded by the CEO of Quest, involved in studying the epigenetic impact of nutritional interventions on human disease and performance. With more than 12 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry and after receiving guidance from KetoPet Sanctuary (a program of Epigenix) to help reduce her dog’s seizures, Victoria became interested in the deep science of the Ketogenic Diet. Victoria joined Epigenix when the non-profit started several human pilot studies, and over the last year she’s helped more than 50 cancer patients with a ketogenic approach. Victoria is also the head of special projects at Quest. She started her career as a TV News and Health Reporter, while running a large online training and nutrition business. Victoria is also a former professional athlete in the international federation of bodybuilding and fitness.

Quest Keto meals were created in 2016 with a sole purpose of supporting the patients who participated in Epigenix Foundation’s pilot studies focused on the ketogenic diet and its impact on cancer. As some of the studies came to an end, many of the Foundation’s patients wanted to continue the diet and use Quest Keto meals as a tool in their everyday life. The product was then launched to the public to help people take the guesswork out of measuring their macros, allowing them to enjoy the benefits of a deliciously ketogenic diet with ease. From ketogenic cinnamon rolls to flatbreads, you can find it all at www.questketo.com!
