		<description>It will be a very long time (sadly) before there would be a food revolution in the Western World.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Frankly I don&#039;t believe it will happen. I believe this might be what finally knocks USA off being the most powerful country/Empire on Earth. Consumed by Obesity and Diabetes etc&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It&#039;s happenned to all great civilisations on Earth.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I hope it doesn&#039;t, but too many Dark Destructive forces are at play. Big Pharma and Big Food.</description>

Maybe it&#039;s my meds; I don&#039;t know.  I know my resting metabolic rate is only 1600 (had it tested last December) and when I have my way I can easily consume 2500 calories in a day.  I&#039;ve proved that as recently as yesterday.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Last night I had steak and shrimp covered with melted cheese and two servings of garlic broccoli (Applebees) and was still hungry afterwards.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;So I try my best to eat healthy foods, get used to being a little hungry most of the time, and count my calories as closely as I count my carbs.</description>

As long as organizations like these believe in the overly simplistic calories-in/calories-out theorem, nothing will change. Who&#039;s going to pay the health bill for that?
