Same comment as Fair. DIal was a charged long-distance call, not even an 800 number. Sorry, not worth two hours of LD charges.

This is a first. Every other webinar I’ve listened too had streaming audio.

Gave up after two slides.

Sorry about that, Dave! I’ve contacted Atkins Nutritionals about making the audio available at a later date either on my podcast show or as a file somewhere. I’ll let you know.

Well…this Webinar is interesting. Except for that whole no online audio thing. I really don’t want to eat up my daytime cell phone minutes dialing in to listen. I made time to sit on my PC to listen–and while the Power Points are interesting, I was really hoping to hear these experts SPEAK.

Lets hope these projects are driven by the late Dr. Atkins Foundation along with the doctors surviving widow Veronica Atkins in the Philanthropy sense rather than simply the commercial Atkins Corporation PR and Advertising executives and CEO’s pushing there new product line and product promotions under Dr. Atkins flag and banner in the guise of research.

Either way I guess the outcome can be the same and corporate sponsorship if left to there own devices, which we know for instance the pharmaceutical and tobacco industry does not do, can in the end be a benefit to all of us.

For instance would Atkins Nutritionals, finance people and studies that concluded that Atkins products themselves although a step in the right direction were actually still a part of the problem rather than a solution.

Probably not.

The Atkins Foundation on the other hand could, findings be damned. If the findings point to product flaws, so be it.

Public health and Dr. Atkins discovery and it’s true percussions and actuality, being paramount and above all things in these matters.
The truth is all we want.

This is where it will end up anyway.

Did I hear New England Journal of Medicine. — Lets hope they, like the American Medical Association and it’s European and World counterparts and the most eminent American Psychiatric Association and it’s worldly counterparts, become intimately involved in this over time.
Things are slowly headed that way.
Congratulations on your new server Jimmy. — You are an intricate part of this solution and deservedly so, even though your monetary interests sway you at times yourself.
In the end you are an open and honest and forthright individual.
That’s what we need so much of.

Although I don’t always agree with your perspective, Tom, that was the most succinct and logical comment I believe I’ve ever seen you write. THANK YOU for your continued support of the work I am doing.
