Well finally, an M.D. who knows what he knows, one who knows that everything is dictated by chemistry, not belief-voodoo!

Hi doc, I’m impressed. My favorite aphorism is CHEMISTRY IS EVERYTHING, AND EVERYTHING IS CHEMISTRY.

Bring it on, I’m waiting, listening, paying attention. I’ve ordered your book and can hardly wait to dig into it.

The most refreshing thing to hear? That we don’t have to exercise to lose weight. I’ve known that instinctively but my metabolism is so chemically out-of-whack from following what those dirty dogs also known as the ignorant diet dictocracy have been telling us for decades that it’s going to take some serious and truthful metabolic information for me to get back to “normal”. To me, this means that my body chemistry will be balanced and I’ll no longer be on the edge of the metabolic abyss, hanging on only by my fingernails and the epa/dha I’m taking.

Thanks for restoring my hope.
