		<description>Ironically, I&#039;m discussing Mashed Fauxtatoes in the HHX podcast#4! For my money, it ain&#039;t mashed fauxtatoes without a 50/50 mix of Cauliflower and Turnip (Thanks, Dana Carpender!) and some garlic powder and fresh cracked black pepper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sadly, I hafta skip the bullion cubes, as I seem to be allergic to something in most brands of them.</description>

I think it&#039;s better than any mashed potatoes I ever had.  Cauliflower just has more flavor than potatoes.  And all that cruciferous goodness!
