But if you can get healthy essential fatty acids in your diet along with some great-tasting peanut butter, then that is better, wouldn't you say?

From a carb standpoint, BillyHW, no. But this commercial brand seems good.

Jimmy,

When I saw the name of the peanut butter, I was thinking “Naturally Moore”

LOL

You know you can get ground up peanuts, that is a butter. 100% from peanuts.

totally natural. Come back and visit ANYTIME! :D

My elliptical workout to burn 800 calories is right at 42 minutes now. I DEFINITELY had to work my way up to that level and have pushed myself to do it.

Currently, at my weight of 236 I go about 9.0 mph on a 13 resistance manual setting. I'm sure I could bump it up to 15, but I'm going to go one more month at that level.

When I first started, I did NO resistance until I could get used to BREATHING on that thing. It's quite a workout and I enjoy it immensely.

THANKS again for writing and in meeting your fitness goals. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Jimmy

Hey Amber,

THANKS for dropping by my blog. Come back and visit ANYTIME! <img

Without realizing it, I had commented on one of your entries from a year ago. I'm going to copy and paste what I put here.. hah

It now takes me 45 minutes to burn 450 calories on the elliptical at my gym.. I've only been working out for 2 weeks and started pretty out of shape. I'm 24, I'm 5'10'', 148lbs, 22% body fat. I couldn't imagine burning off 800 calories in that time! I'd be dead! I guess I'll have to work up to that! What setting do you have it on? I do the "fat loss" but I up the resistance a bit. I keep my heart rate in the "cardiovascular" section for most of the workout (157 bpm average). I've also incorporated strength training.

Any tips for a newbie would be appreciated. Trying to have a banging body by next summer! amperry@gmail.com

I was googling info and came across your blog.
