I think low carb is a lifestyle, not just a diet.  It is interesting how everyone is &quot;sold&quot; on the effectiveness and healthiness of the low fat lifestyle, and there are no long term studies of it.

I really like the new site-it&#039;s a great idea.  I thot the Atlanta doctor did a very good job of explaining the diabetic process.
I&#039;m gonna mention it to a friend at church.  I gave her Dr. Bernstein&#039;s book, but she later mentioned that she doesn&#039;t enjoy reading!
