Jimmy – I think you’ll see a lot more weight loss surgery patients here in the next year as well. Lord knows, I’m spreading the word in all of our forums. As WLS post-ops, we have to eat high-protein, low-carb, and your blog provides a lot of great insight and ideas. We appreciate you!

I started listening to you a little to late to particpate, but I would say the exercise experts is what I like most and would like to see more of. The exercise podcasts i’ve listened to tend to be centered around body building or very hardcore people. It would be nice to have an experts that talk about exercising when you have two kids and both parents work.
