Thank you very much for listening to my interview, Angela! Carbohydrates impact our health by directly increasing the blood glucose level that is closely related to the level of inflammation inside the body, functions of the immune system, and many others.
After reading my book, you will understand that even just slightly excessive consumption of carbohydrates could gravely change our health just like the first cartoon in Chapter 7 of the book. We cannot depend on chemicals (drugs) and clippers or saw (surgeries) to control the growth of this wild tree (diseases), named high blood glucose after meals, while we continue to feed the soil with the fertilizer rich in carbohydrates.

Just listened to this podcast! Wow! If I wasn't a "believer" before, I am now. Great information from Dr. Sue.....especially the part where he equates colds and illness with high carbs. Thanks so much for always bringing the best to your podcasts! They are one of the mainstays of my week and my continued success!
Thanks Jimmy!
