I've listened to your voice for countless hours via podcast, so it was cool to hear you live. The most moving was when you shared about the loss of your brother Kevin, and how you had to learn that you couldn't prevent it or make him change. I have been frustrated many times trying to get the message to people who are struggling with their weight and health but who won't or can't hear it, but I've never been faced with anything as wrenching as what you went through with him.
