		<description>Actually, I couldn&#039;t do a real Kimkins - the calories were too low and I stopped losing weight when I went under 1100 cals.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I usually eat between 1500 and 2000 cals, but I don&#039;t normally count - I just eat 5 - 6 times per day of either meat or eggs (the occasional salad or plain yogurt) and drink a lot of fluid.</description>
