3. Seventh Day Adventists who don&#039;t eat meat live 6 to 10 years longer than Seventh Day Adventists who do.  (Steven Gandry)
4.  Diabetes and heart disease might be due to carbohydrate sensitivity.  (Richard Feinman)
5. Supplement vitamin D and iodine.  (William Davis)
6. What does it mean that Ornish has a zero heart scan score?  Haven&#039;t figured the life lesson of that yet, but I&#039;m working on it.
