It’s been a few weeks since I’ve had a “Fun-Filled Friday,” so it’s time to make up for some lost time with lots of quickie (but REALLY good!) stuff I’d like to share with you! Ready or not, here it comes.
Are you caught up in the whole Twilight mania? I saw the first movie and it was pretty good entertainment, but I don’t get all the hysteria. This video from “The Key Of Awesome” on the barelypolitical YouTube channel is hilarious for anti-Twilight peeps:
Poor old vampires! HA! Not everyone hates on Twilight, though. Check out this logical explanation about why women love this modern-day vampire story so much. One thing just about EVERYONE loves is the Muppets. The Jim Henson-inspired crew do it big in this music video reenactment of the famous Queen song “Bohemian Rhapsody”:
Quack, quack, quack…mommaaaa, moma, moma, momaaaa! I love Animal. And since this is the Christmas holiday season, I couldn’t go without sharing my absolute favorite seasonal tune sung by that affable swine himself, Porky Pig, doing “Blue Christmas”:
Ubdubuduhbduh, that’s all folks! Cute. Not all pork is so fun-loving, though. I’m sure by now you have heard all about the infamous ham that attacked famous celebrity chef Paula Deen during a food drive in Atlanta, Georgia right before Thanksgiving:
What a good sport! Ouch on the snowzer, though! But that’s not half as painful as what happens to this Speedy Gonzales on the hamster wheel:
Round and round she goes, where she stops nobody knows. And finally today, I’ve got a song with a meaning about the true meaning of Christmas from a group called Go Fish I used to play back in the 1990s when I worked in Christian radio. The song is called “Christmas with a Capital ‘C’”:
AMEN…and MERRY CHRISTMAS! That’s it for this week’s “Fun-Filled Friday” and I hope you have a fantabulous weekend. THANKS for reading!
