You and Tom were just awesome, even though the cruise was in 2010 and not 2009. :-) You and Becky and Christine were awesome too! As one who has sung in my current church choir for 20 years (and years before that too as a teenager) I adore singing SATB gospel type music. You guys were the hit of the show as far as I was concerned. Can't wait to hear about plans for the 2011 cruise! <i>THANKS so much Debbie! On the low-carb cruise, I was able to speak with several of the experts about my situation because I'm still eating low-carb and gaining weight. It seems my degree of hyperinsulinemia requires me to eat regular meals every 3 hours or so and they must be very low-carb, adequate protein, and high-fat. Since returning from the cruise I have been on a specific regimen that is helping me get a handle on this.
