It’s been a tough week for me being in pain after twisting my ankle playing volleyball on Monday night, so I’m gonna make this edition of “Fun-Filled Friday” fast, furious, and super-duper quick so I can relax and prop my foot up this weekend! But before I do, I’ve got some really good stuff for you to check out, so ENJOY!
In an ode to the late Michael Jackson and his classic “Beat It” song, this video is quite creative using Wilford Brimley’s funky pronunciation of “dia-beatus”:
Why does he say diabetes that way? Who knows! Diabetes is definitely a health issue people deal with, but so is this:
OICMP! HA! Okay, that’s just messed up, but it’s quite apropos, right? I guess it “depends” huh? All this excitement makes you wanna “Whack-A-Kitty” doesn’t it?
Hee hee! Hey, we all know rats and cats don’t get along at all, but don’t tell that to Peanut and Ranj who appear to be the best of buddies in this video:
Awwww, that was so cute! Speaking of too adorable, check out “Kittens Inspired By Kittens”:
Hilarious! Do you remember my recent podcast interview with Sally Fallon where she talked about how it is illegal to get raw milk in a lot of states? Well, I found this catchy little song that encourages states to legalize it for the sake of people’s health:
I just love public marketing stunts…it’s amazing people can pull stuff like this off:
I’ve got this excellent analogy with the pharmaceutical industry that hammers home an excellent point about the lunacy of the health care industry and their indelible tie to the drug companies. It’s called “Roadaceuticals” and well worth the 6-minute watch:
Sound like the cholesterol/statin drug issue anyone? Finally, here’s a friend of mine I play volleyball with named Dave Kowulz who has a rather warped sense of humor as exemplified in this video of him singing the classic “Oscar Mayer Bologna” song as a 4-year old would:
Good ole Dave! Well, that’s all I have for you this week, but I’ll be back next Friday with even more for “Fun-Filled Friday.” Send me your cute, funny, and interesting things anytime at livinlowcarbman@charter.net. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE!!!
