– In 2014 at 40 yrs old he weighed in at 400 lbs+
– His BP was 200/160 and on at least one occasion was as high as 236/180
– In his research to figure out what was going on, he discovered that fructose was the main culprit
– Over the next 18 months or so he slowly slid from no fructose, to no sugar (fructose or glucose), to no sugars, grains, or simple starches.
