She has changed my life. I happened upon an article on Mens Health online about her and her Type 2 treatment with low carb. I read everything I could find about her and the lifestyle, which I call it, because it is and has been for almost 3 years. I've lost 65 lbs, been off my meds for over 2 years, and all of my readings at 4 health risk appraisals have been ideal. My wife and I started a website celebrating the low carb lifestyle with recipes and tips and my daily blog.
