The book I'm working on is a companion cookbook to go along with Dr. Rob Thompson's The Glycemic Load Diet. I liked Doctor Rob's book and said so in print. In the meanwhile, he was a fan of my column. So when McGraw-Hill wanted a companion cookbook, they asked me, and I was thrilled to do it.<br/><br/>I still have *piles* of printouts from the hundreds of low carb stories people sent me last March -- not the sort of thing one discards! Some quite literally brought tears to my eyes. Since no publisher has picked up the book yet, I'll be sharing in the blog.
