Follow-up:
I've now made this a second time, using the solid block of creamed coconut, and the texture is vastly improved, so I have to assume that this is what is meant. I think for clarify you should emphasizie not the full-fat/lite point, but instead emphasize the SOLID vs LIQUID form of the coconut.
Thanks for this recipe. It's a keeper now!

I made this recipe and was not very impressed - the flavor was ok, but the fudge was way too soft and left smudges of chocolate on my hands even straight from the fridge. I now think that I may not have used the right coconut cream, based on Brian Cormier's comment. As specified in the recipe, I used coconut cream in a can, which is a liquid, but I believe that the recipe actually requires the solid creamed coconut, which I get in a box (Let's Do Organic brand). Can you please clarify this point?
<i>THANKS Donna! I have not personally made this dessert, but according to the original recipe it was coconut milk that is NOT the watered down "light" version which just replaces some of the healthy coconut fat with water...use the real full-fat version. I apologize if that was not clear originally. Sounds like your box version of this is what you are looking to use. Also, to improve the recipe even more, replace the chocolate with cocoa powder for a more intense chocolate fudge flavor. Let me know how the second batch turns out for you. I've written to Fiona to clarify, but I think this will work for you. Thank you again for writing!

It is very important to note that you MUST use "coconut cream" and NOT "cream of coconut". They are two different things.
