Atkins Nutritionals? Nope….But if Mrs A wants one I’ll give it.

I base my diet on many of Dr A’s plan….but I won’t help them sell their products. I didn’t use them, and don’t want to be used to promote them.

I posted my success story with them, but we’ll see if they take me up on it. As part of it, I said I felt most comfortable grocery shopping like Dr. Atkins taught me around the exterior of the store skipping the aisles in search of unprocessed foods. Unless I would use the ingredients in my own cooking, I typically shun from buying my products with it (glycerin).

THANKS Steve! I also had concerns about Atkins Nutritionals which is why I decided to interview a representative from their company recently for my podcast show. It will air on August 14, 2008 and feature spokeswoman Colette Heimowitz who has some GREAT news to share about the company that will be a welcomed site for low-carbers.

Not sure I’d feel comfortable promoting the bastardization of the Atkins diet that Atkins Nutritionals has become.
