Drs. Mike and Mary Dan Eades developed a 6-week plan to flatten your belly

A wedding. A high school reunion. Fitting into a bathing suit in time for summer. We all have our reasons for wanting to lose weight, but sometimes we want it to happen quickly. This doesn’t mean that you necessarily need to lose weight quickly as a general rule, but there are certain circumstances when it is required. That’s the subject of a brand new book from two of the most famous low-carb celebrities today who join me as podcast guests to talk about it.

In Episode 286 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” we hear from the low-carb giants Drs. Mike and Mary Dan Eades as they discuss their September 8, 2009 book release The 6-Week Cure For The Middle-Aged Middle: The Simple Plan to Flatten Your Belly Fast! The Eades are expressly concerned about fat accumulation not just in the subcutaneous area, but also in the visceral area that surrounds the organs. They realize from many years of eating low-carb that people can tend to get “sloppy” with their low-carb nutritional habits and wanted to develop a way for low-carbers to get back in the groove again when subtle weight gain happens. Listen in to hear them explain why it is important to get rid of unwanted visceral fat quickly and safely through a proven 6-week plan they came up with based on all their research over the years that they developed in response to being told they were too fat to be on television. OUCH! There are no stronger proponents of healthy low-carb living in the medical community than Dr. Mike and Dr. Mary Dan and they are such a pleasure to listen to. ENJOY!
