		<description>I just googled &#039;carb counting.&#039;   carb-counter.org seems very easy to use!  You don&#039;t even have to type anything, and you get summary information of many types of preparations.   For example select Vegetables, then Kale, and see raw vs cooked vs 1 serving vs euro-style 100g.    Or select Baked Products then Nabisco then close your eyes and throw the box away ;)</description>

&lt;i&gt;THANKS Timothy!  You&#039;re not counting fat, calories, ounces, or anything silly like that...just the carbs.  Keep them at around 20g daily and you&#039;re good to go.  How much easier can it be than that?  YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
