Since so many of you have been asking about what I’ve been eating as part of my nutritional ketosis n=1 experiment, I decided to share 12 of my favorite high-fat foods that can serve as a staple of your healthy low-carb, moderate protein, high-fat ketogenic diet. I’ve found that all of these foods have put me in an excellent position to optimize my level of blood ketones on my Precision Xtra meter. This is by no means a comprehensive list of outstanding high-fat foods for you to consider, but there will be a few on this list that might just surprise you.
