I DO like the taste of coconut but not in my vegetables or meat dishes. So can I use the 'neutral' kind of coconut oil that some companies such as Jarrow are selling (in fact I am using one of those right now).
A few years ago I bought a whole gallon of the good stuff but eventually had to discard half because I just couldn't take it anymore.
What healthy nutrients, if any, are missing in the 'deodorized' version?
Thanks Jimmy! I enjoyed the podcast, as always. Getting ready to donate something, which you greatly deserve!
Rosemarie
Rosemarie, THANKS so much for your support! The only downside to the ones that don't have a scent is the lack of flavor. But that's what you are wanting with your veggies and meat, so it's perfect. Lemme know what you think! Thank you again!

I overindulged in the coconut products tonight. I partly blame podcast #305. Ha-ha
LOL! Beats overindulging in other things. :D

I'd heard of a few of those books. No idea they were all written by the same guy.
THANKS Grok! He's quite prolific.
