Bioenergenic medical professional Ricardo Boye promotes low-carb
In Episode 259 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” we hear from a man named Ricardo Boye who is a naturopath, nutritionist, and low-carb health advocate at the Gainesville, GA-based Spa On Green Street. You’ll hear him talk about why carbohydrate restriction is the most ideal diet for controlling weight and health, his thoughts on Gary Taubes’ Good Calories, Bad Calories, what bioenergenic medicine is, and so much more. Ricardo is one of those health practitioners who is sharing the low-carb message within his sphere of influence and I’m so glad we were able to hear about what he does to help people improve their health.

Coming up next week, we have two of the best interviews I’ve conducted in a long time. On Monday, I’m thrilled to share with you the work of Sean Croxton from Underground Wellness and his infamous YouTube videos who has an opinion or two about health that I have no doubt will bring a smile to your face. YO! Then on Thursday, it’s my honor to present the founder and president of the Weston A. Price Foundation named Sally Fallon. She is the co-author with Dr. Mary Enig of the books Eat Fat, Lose Fat and the classic Nourishing Traditions. Fans of the natural, whole foods movement are sure to enjoy these interviews coming up next week! THANKS so much for listening!
