Do you think you can add them back in once you have lost the weight?
&lt;i&gt;I don&#039;t know why I&#039;ve become more sensitive to &quot;sweet&quot; over the past year, but it&#039;s happened.  I doubt it&#039;s my low-carb lifestyle that brought this on, though.  I&#039;ve always been pretty carb sensitive and need to keep my intake of carbs to under 50g of total carbs daily to lose weight.  I&#039;ve slowly added back a LITTLE bit of &quot;sweet&quot; foods to see if there is a negative effect.
