
Mark Sisson takes up the low-carb cause with his “Daily Apple” blog
One of my favorite health and nutrition blogs on the Internet is “Mark Sisson’s Daily Apple.” Mark is someone who has been on both ends of the fitness spectrum–first as a former Olympic-trained triathlete eating upwards of 1200 grams of carbohydrates a daily to fuel the beast who now realizes that ultra-high-carb consumption is not exactly the best way to live healthy. I’ve been wanting to interview him for a couple of years now because the quality of his blog content is so amazing. And now it’s happened!
